Chef Bennett
Master Chef, Ian Bennett,
welcomes you to taste some of his fine food at this Gower restaurant.
Ian accepted an affiliation into the Master Chef
of Great Britain Society in November 1999, and is a Fellow Member
of the Epicurean World Master Chefs Society.
Ian's culinary
career started in Wales and has seen him bring rewards to various
establishments around the country, including the Walnut Tree in
Gwent and Kirroughtree House in Scotland. Ian has also worked for
the Roux Brothers at the Waterside Inn in Bray, as well as spending
two years working for Cafe Rouge in London.
